HTC moved to its current location in Southfield, MI, in 2004. Horizon Treatment Center provides the following comprehensive quality services: substance abuse intensive outpatient (IOP), Domiciliary Intensive Outpatient Program (DIOP), traditional outpatient mental health & substance abuse counseling, dual diagnosis services, psychological testings, court services for DLAD assessments (driver's license restoration for DUI's & OUI's), on-site drug screenings, social security disability evaluations, person center planning, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) individual, family, couples and group therapy for residents of Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb Counties. Horizon Treatment Center is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO), and licensed by the State of Michigan Bureau of Substance Abuse Services.

Sliding fee scale is available for the uninsured. |
